Abstract :
The protocol allows a 1.0 transmission probability for newly transmitted packets, while p for retransmitted packets. Compared to the protocol in which each packet is always transmitted with the same probability p, it shows better performance, especially when the channel traffic is light, as demonstrated by numerical results
