Abstract :
Dear Reader: We are interested in your opinions on the critical issues of engineering management that are gaining importance in industry, academia, and government. Since this Transactions provides guidance for both researchers and practitioners in encouraging research studies and disseminating results, we would like to develop proactive strategies to identify future needs and establish guidelines to satisfy those needs. It is in this spirit that we are asking for your comments and suggestions.
