  • Abstract
    The problem of blind equalisation of partial response (PR) channels arises from the inversion of the PR functions that have zeros on the unit circle, resulting in performance degradation. By exploiting the PR function as a postfilter, a new adaptive structure is proposed that removes the effects of the PR zeros and shows drastic improvement in performance over the prefilter approach
