Abstract :
The paper discusses fundamentals of a mass technology of building intelligent scientific Internet resource (ISIR) providing the systematization and integration of scientific knowledge and information resources related to a certain subject domain, as well as the content-based access to them. The main features of this technology are orientation to experts, i.e. specialists in certain subject domain, and usage of an ontology-based approach.
