Abstract :
To anniversaries of IRIT-RTF (the Institute of Radioelectronics and Information Technologies) two books were released being dedicated to the 55th anniversary and the 60th anniversary. The present paper concerns the last jubilee digest, as the most complete and the modified edition, and shows its historical value and influence on the future.
