  • Abstract
    Results of development of the frequency converter with integrated LO amplifier have been presented. The frequency converter with dimensions 2.2×2.6 mm2 has been fabricated. The MMIC provides conversion loss not exceeding 12 dB within 1-2 GHz radio frequency range and at 0 - 0.5 GHz intermediate frequency range with -5 dBm LO power.
