  • Abstract
    The present paper concerns the broadband frequency multipliers constructed on the balance scheme, which based on the Marchand balun. Results of modeling and measurement of multipliers models are given in octave frequencies ranges. Topology of bridges and design of modules are considered. Modules are constructed on the Russian element base.
