Abstract :
A new particle swarm optimizer (PSO), called dynamic double PSO, which is guaranteed to convergence to the global optimization solution with probability one, is presented based on the analysis of the standard PSO. Global convergence analysis is made using the F. Solis and R. Wets´ research results. It can dynamically adjust the limit position with a positive probability that distributes within the cycle, located at the best positions of the swarm and itself, and shows a good performance to avoid premature convergence. The simulation results show the correctness and efficiency of the presented methods.
