Abstract :
The present paper concerns the results of calculation of three-stage gyroklystron - frequency doubler. It is shown, that at 95-GHz output frequency of the gyroklystron, 126.5-kV beam voltage, 29.5 A current, and a correct choice of the resonator Q, their detuning from the operating frequency and lengths of resonators and drift tubes, it is possible to achieve 45% efficiency of the device at a gain of 40 dB and amplification band 95 MHz.
