Abstract :
A novel control strategy is proposed, which first models the plant by on-line identification, then searches the current optimal control law and calculates control variable by GP. The optimal control law can be automatically produced by GP with specified objectives, avoiding the work of designing and tuning control laws. A good performance is obtained when applied to an electrical oven temperature system.
