Abstract :
An important systems´ function of the telecommunication systems is error correction of information transmission. A digital manipulation method of information flows by means of numerical sequences with deep recursive logical interdependence is proposed. The method uses discrete Hankel-Toeplitz transformation that allows constructing an algorithm of received information fast conversion with automatic data error correction and reduced discrete transformation operation quantity.
