  • Abstract
This paper introduced the nine-point-five-state controller´s model and its basic control actions. The controller divided the error phase-plane into nine working areas, in which the plant was controlled by five different rules. We took typical second order plants as the examples to introduce how the controller solve stability problem. The two conclusions are obtained. (1) The controller possesses excellent performance. (2) Adjusting the control actions can make the system´s stability good and provide no positive or negative overshoot, no matter whether the plant belongs to any kind of the second-order plants or if the plant itself is not stable.
