Abstract :
This paper presents a novel approach to model crosstalk for high-speed interconnects. It uses the finite difference time domain (FDTD) technique to obtain the crosstalk response in frequency domain. Based on the frequency response of the crosstalk, the vector fitting algorithm is employed to derive the necessary differential equations for time domain analysis
