Methods of construction of boundary operators for the boundary value problems for the Laplacian in the case of closed surface in R3 by means of double layer potential in the Hilbert space elements of which have a jump through boundary surface were considered in Polishchuk, A. D., 2005. The properties of these operators were investigated. Now we propose such methods and investigate the properties of corresponding operators in the case of tired boundary surface
