Abstract :
The access selection method of vertical handover process in heterogeneous reconfigurable mobile radio systems based on Software Defined Radio technology is proposed: access selection problem is formulated and vertical handover procedure in such systems is described; functional architecture for the management and control of reconfigurable mobile network is also proposed.
