  • Abstract
    In AHP, it is difficult to transform a evaluation matrix to some coherence one. Some factors are easy to satisfy coherence. We chose AHP. Since others are hard, we choose the method of Fuzzy-Decision. In building the system of suppliers evaluation in SCM, it is practical to choose, subdivide and fit together the 23 basic factors Weber suggested. Evaluation factors are classified as two types: qualitative one and quantitative one. To get the evaluation result, the first one is decided by expert, the other is based on data, to process the data, subjection-function method and frequency method are suggested.
