Abstract :
The chaos theory is introduced to study on the performance of vortex flow signal. The paper first analyzes the possibility that vortex noise signal should be in possession of chaos characteristic, and then undertakes simulation computation on the Lyapunov exponent of vortex flow signal by chaos theory. Its result approves that vortex flow signal has chaos characteristic. Finally, the paper picks up the chaos characteristic of vortex flow signal and calculates its box-dimension. The simulation result of data demonstrates the feasibility of research on performance of vortex signal by chaos theory.
