Abstract :
Sample wave´s amplitude is regarded as criterion of vehicle classification and whole sample´s data is regarded as character parameter of pattern matching in the vehicle´s classification recognition system based on inductive loop detectors. Because of different velocity through inductive loop detector, sample wave has flexibility. When doing automobile type pattern matching, DTW algorithm is adopted to keep similar character consistent. Using MATLAB software, the arithmetic is validated, its feasibility and anticipated effect is obtained.
