Abstract :
To study the automatic extracting system of linear road in TM images. Firstly, the features of TM images were analyzed, an image segmentation algorithm based on multi-spectra was presented. Secondly, some texture features of road area in TM image were analyzed, rapidly fuzzy classification approach was adopted, a dilation algorithm and realizes automatic link of roads were presented. The experimental results show that the system achieves good extracting result.
