Meeting-1969 on dielectric waveguides. The social-information evaluation in the generations´ dialog after 45 years

The scientific-technological analysis of arrangement, holding and results of the first All-USSR meeting on a theory and application of dielectric waveguides in UHF and optical range technology (Moscow, MPEI, January 28-30, 1969; hereafter Meeting) is given. 56 reports presented by 54 native authors were listened and discussed on this Meeting. This was the first wide meeting of researchers and developers in this scientific-technological area, which after 45 years the native “Dielectric Elements´ Base” (NDEB) was come into being. The technology of this analysis has two peculiarities: 1) it was carried out in the “Generations´ Dialog”, i.e. in the form of discussion between older generation and junior PhD-students; 2) authors consider not only informational aspect but the social ones, i.e. evaluate this Meeting influence on “the social-information climate” in the scientific community cluster presented in this Meeting.
