An intrusion detection system based on FRete net algorithm

Effective intrusion detection is necessary for system security. This paper describes an inference machine based on the FRete algorithm using the classic Rete algorithm, which can carry out intellectual reasoning on suspicious data in network. In order to improve the match efficiency of the inference machine, node in mode net is added into the inclusive brother´s chain, the connection joint of the same production type in the network is divided into equivalence form according to variable restrain. Finally, a distributed intrusion detection system based on FRete network algorithm is realized.
