Abstract
Summary form only given. Ni-Mn-Ga alloys are the new kind of magnetic material, which can exhibit giant field induced strain (elongation) up to 6% (MSM effect) due to movement of martensitic twin boundaries. Magnetic measurements of various martensitic structures at different temperatures are presented.
