Abstract :
A method for calculation of effective electrodynamic parameters of composite materials composed of a mixture of wire chiral particles with different electric length is proposed. The task of microwave range electromagnetic wave interaction with a flat layer of a composite is solved for the case of a composite material, composed of a mixture of multi-scale single-coil helices. The possibility to control selective properties of a composite layer by using multi-component mixture of conducting particles is shown.
