Abstract :
The electrochemical deposition process of the zinc oxide/erbium system is investigated by the cyclic voltammetry method on the metallic and semiconductor substrates. Morphology and composition of zinc oxide/erbium films deposited on nickel and single-crystalline silicon in the different modes are studied. The present paper shows the possibility of formation of the zinc oxide/erbium continuous films as well as the arrays of nanocrystals with 50 - 100 nm diameter controlled by the electrochemical deposition process variables.
