  • Abstract
Summary form only given. As areal density of disk drive continues to increase and current rise times to decrease, write driver voltage will increase accordingly. In the mean time, the read sensor will also have less volume. Therefore, write-to-read coupling will be more and more of an issue in the future. It is known that coupling in the suspension interconnect and coupling through the slider have been two major contributors to write-to-read coupling in HGA. In this paper, we attempt to separate these two factors and investigate the contribution of each of them.
