Abstract :
Distributed generation is gained more and more concern due to the environmental and energy shortage problem. To effectively utilize the renewable resources, the converter design is one of the concerns considered. In this paper a two- stage inverter is adopted based on the previously proposed converter and inverter. Considering the unique character of the fuel cell, the front DC/DC converter´s control strategy is analyzed. Further more, due to the different need for the inverter´s operation mode. A seamless control method is proposed which combines the voltage and current control together. At last, a 500 W lab prototype is built to verify the proposed inverter structure and control method.
