Abstract
The problem of low temperatures in the SQUID sensor at room temperature of the sample does not allow reducing the distance between them. This leads to a smearing of the image and reducing the resulting resolution of the microscope. Standard methods for deconvolution can improve the resolution of the SQUID microscope up to 20 times, but they are not optimal with respect to the information available a priori. We used information-algebraic algorithm to avoid these losses. This allows improving the resolution of the SQUID microscope even up to 10 times. In addition, this method allows refining or reconstructing not exactly set parameters of the sensor.
