Abstract :
Summary form only given. Here we report on investigation of the magnetocrystalline anisotropy in the series of SmFell.,Co,TiH, single crystals. The host system was investigated before in order to obtain detailed information on magnetic properties of the Sm-Fe system with Co substitution. As it was mentioned in adding some Co amount is a widely used method for improving magnetic properties of iron based magnets. In this work we have investigated the hydrides of the same samples, which were investigated in. X-ray diffraction performed on the hydrogenated samples showed that all the samples have ThMnl2 type structure. The lattice parameters and the unit cell volume were slightly changed in comparison with the host samples.
