Abstract :
Summary form only given. NdFeB anisotropic bonded magnets are currently used in many applications. The heat resistance of newly developed material is improved compared to previous material. Three types of anisotropic NdFeB powder, MTP12, MFP13 and MFP18 (Aichi Steel Corp.) and MQP-B (Magnequench Intl., Inc.), were tested. The BHmax of the compression molded magnets were 161, 161, 150 and 85 kJm/sup -3/, and the coercivities were 0.98, 1.10, 1.49 and 0.87 MAm/sup -1/, respectively. The BHmax of the injection molded magnets were 112, 107, 106 and 58 kJm/sup -3/, and the coercivities were 0.95, 101, 1.42 and 0.70 MAm/sup -1/, respectively.
