Abstract
The analysis of the inaccuracy of indirect measurements of capacitance-voltage characteristics (CVC) at an ultra-short pulse impact for known inaccuracy of direct measurements of voltage applied to an element and current through the element was carried out. The dependence of inaccuracy of CVC measurement from active current through the element is shown. On the example of a Schottky diode for its use in a pulsed mode we have shown that the methodical inaccuracy of CVC measurement on a harmonic signal exceeds the instrumental inaccuracy of CVC measurement at the ultra-short pulse impact.
