Abstract
A description is given of signal processing techniques that can be used for acoustic imaging and far-field estimation when the source and the measuring array are fixed. When the source to be measured is mobile, three different methods, working in the time, space, or frequency domain, are proposed to compensate for this motion. The techniques can be used for still or moving sources. Motion of the source can easily be compensated, as long as the geometry as a function of time is known. The techniques described have been tested on simulations, with excellent performance
