  • Abstract
    The forming technique of a deposited metal layer by the standing space field harmonic of the resonant oscillator with long-time interaction is discussed. The study shows that the electroplating efficiency of the high-conductivity periodical layer on a cold cathode in presence of the standing space field harmonic can be rather high without essential technological problems.
