Summary form only given. A CoZrNb/Polyimide multilayered thin film microstrip-line exhibited the large signal decay at high frequencies over the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) frequency of the CoZrNb magnetic thin film. The origin of the large signal decay at high frequencies was clarified here.
