Abstract
Summary form only given. An FMR (Ferromagnetic Resonance) spectrum calculation of a perpendicularly magnetized rectangular YIG thin film resonator is carried out by the generalized full-wave FDTD method for ferrite magnetized in arbitrary directions taking inhomogeneous demagnetizing field into account as an example of arbitrarily-shaped ferrite resonator.
