Abstract
Nowadays, users want to access to their services anywhere, anytime and and by any terminal without interrupting their sessions. The Mobile Cloud Computing is expected to meet service personalization by taking into account the cloud users movements and preferences. This involves the need to ensure session continuity and to guarantee QoS requirements of the user´s cloud. However, the delivery of mobile cloud services still suffering from poor performance due to the mobile network fluctuations. A key challenge faced by mobile cloud providers is the determination of the appropriate cloud networking services while insuring QoS requirements. In this paper, we surpass mobility challenges and QoS requirements of cloud services by creating on-demand network connectivity. Particularly, we focus on the adaptive composition and provisioning of a Connectivity-as-a-service (CaaS) to seamlessly enhance cloud services delivery owing to any variation in the user´s ambient context.
