            Abstract : 
The principle of developing the pseudo-coherent radar [transmitter based upon the small-size cold-cathode magnetron (1kg)], which allows locating nearly objects and eliminating the influence of internal noise and of reflections from the sea surface, is presented. It allows locating small-size high-speed light vessels in a ship´s wake.
