Abstract :
With the ever-increasing demand for the quality of steel plate and strip products, roll eccentricity has become an important factor affecting the product quality. as the roll eccentricity signal is periodic, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is used for the modeling of roll eccentricity. Because FFT has limitation, Modified FFT is developed in this paper. Even if the sampling duration is unequal to the integral multiple of the signal fundamental period, MFFT can get the correct parameters.
