Abstract
The present paper concerns the possibility of using of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) radiation for the detection of targets. Relations are obtained to assess the range of detection. The requirements for the degree of suppression of the direct signal lights are determined. The requirements for receiving systems located on the low-orbit satellites to meet the challenges of the global radar and remote sensing are formulated.
