Abstract :
The testing system for parameters of high-current Thermoprotector uses PLC as its core equipped with touch display screen and micro-printer. It also employs constant-current electronic load to supply constant high-current (100A), and utilizes hall element to convert current signal to voltage signal fed backed to PLC, which record the trip time or recovery time of thermoprotector. It can test whether the thermoprotector´s insulation resistance is qualified, while the chattering can be detected. The system can test several parameters accurately and simply, and provide the function of data statistics, print and product sorting which enhance the work efficiency.
