Abstract :
This paper describes the prototyping of a broadband multiple input multiple output (MIMO) wireless testbed using a new system level design methodology. First, the layout of the MIMO wireless testbed is introduced. Then, the advantage of the proposed methodology, which integrates the system design and hardware implementation, is discussed. A MIMO channel sounding system is presented as an example to show the efficiency of the new methodology.
