Abstract :
We propose an algorithm for obtaining quadrature signals with known polarization parameters. The algorithm can be used for developing and testing methods for detecting and selecting radio signals, and for the statistical detection characteristics. The probability density functions of the radio signal polarization parameter (ellipticity angle for different signal-to-noise ratios) are presented.
