Abstract :
For meeting the interchangeability requirements of ATE, an ATE model is presented based on COM technique. Making use of COM technique, test functions of ATE are transformed into different modules; TPS can use modules through special interface. The model can be managed by database software. So the impact of instrument changing is greatly reduced.
