Abstract :
Restoration of lost bones and their function is a major issue for bone tissue engineering. Although numerous synthetic biomaterials have been developed to overcome the problems associated with autologous or allogeneic therapeutic bone grafts, there remains a great challenge to design an idea bone substitute. Furthermore, electrospinning is an effective method of producing nano-fibrous structure. In this study, stable polymeric scaffold are made by blending collagen and poly-dl-lactide with different ratios and post-treatments.
