Abstract :
This paper describes a fast transient simulation based on model order reduction and RLCG-MNA formulation, which has been proposed as the method to represent compactly RLCG interconnect and plane networks, instead of the standard modified nodal analysis (MNA). The proposed method is applied to the simulation of a simple example, and it is confirmed that not only the computational cost of the simulation but also the macro-modeling cost can be reduced.
