Abstract :
Basic structures and component elements of ship propeller and electrical power subsystems are presented. Chosen mathematical models of system component elements are discussed. Simulations of ship power subsystem, consisting of Diesel engine, gear, controllable pitch propeller and shaft generator are carried out.
