Abstract :
A high-performance method for encoding computer data is introduced, aimed at business and commercial data communications. The data compression algorithm is presented. For the purposes of comparison the new technique has been implemented by an experimental IBM personal computer program. This method essentially outperformed existing computer data compression techniques and is simple to implement
