Abstract :
High Altitude Platform Stations (HAPS) can be affected by stratospheric winds. In this paper, a novel HAPS-CDMA swinging model based on a fixed angle beam forming is presented. And the impacts of the model are examined. From numerical results it is observed that the platform swinging can´t be neglected. When swinging angle reaches 1°, the intra cell interference will increase by 5%, the inter cell interference will also rise, and the capacity will decline about 12.5%.
