Convergence of Telecommunication Network and Grid Network in Service

The diversification of data services requires the service providing of the telecom network transfers from centralization to distribution. The development of the grid network leads to the business applications of grid services. The two networks will be inevitably converged and the key of the convergence is the service integration. The concept of service was redefined according to the definition of service in the grid and the telecom fields; the service model with features of the two networks combined was proposed; the business process in the future converged environment was analyzed based on the above discussion; and an optimal convergence form - Operable TeleGrid Service Network was proposed.
