Abstract :
In this work a novel BJT version of a novel Current Output Stage (COS) is presented whose Common-Mode Rejection Ratio´s magnitude and bandwidth are remarkably increased exploiting a novel Common Mode Feed Forward (CMFF) technique and circuit. The complete stage is designed with model parameters of AT&T´s ALA400 CBIC-R process and simulated with SPICE. The proposed COS achieved 145 dB CMRR (with bandwidths of 85 kHz) and 105 dB PSRR while can work under plusmn1 V power supply. Compared to the traditional COS the CMRR and PSRR improvement are higher than 80 dB and 40 dB respectively.
