Abstract :
This paper studies ceramic tile design chains, as representative of those collaborative New-Product Development (NPD) processes where the presence of very different origins of designs and the fast changes of the market strongly condition the process. We have studied this particular circumstance by way of what we have called the ldquostimulators and stimuli frameworkrdquo that proved helpful to obtain computer supported NPD models for ceramic tile clusters.
